Here at Madre Del Mar, we know that this is a hard time to take a vacation. We are doing our best to help families spend quality time together by lowering our prices to the bare minimum. The discounted rates are as follows:

Each casita is $100.00 including tax per night for up to 4 persons max. 5 persons if children
under 5 years. There are two casitas.

Each town home is $200-250.00 depending on guest count per night. 4-6 adults maximum, if children
under 5 years…. Up to 8 persons. There are two town homes.

Whole villa booking $6-700.00 per night ( 4 different living areas) all walled in, gated . Private settingfor your gathering…. Sleeps 16-20 persons ( if children under 5 years, up to 24 persons). 10 queen
beds total, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms,4 kitchens, 2 great rooms.

Sleeping for up to 20 persons.

All taxes are included.

We have kayaks and boogie boards for your enjoyment. We offer all concierge services. Help with planning catering of meals from local restaurants and we can also assist with scheduling of tours and cruises, golf tea times, spa treatments, etc. Ask Kathy for further information and details.

Madre Del Mar provides you with a free USA Phone line, 8 hard line internet accesses, and Satellite TV /Radio. We are located within a gated community and the whole Villa is walled in for your privacy with 6 parking spaces within our compound.

Cleaning Fees:  Casita $55.00 ea.  Town-home $85.00ea.  Whole Villa complex $250.00.

Old Town is a big attraction and worth taking some time to see.   It provides a fresh fish market, places to shop and many restaurants on the ocean.    

What else is there to do?  How about a boat ride to play with Sea Lions or a relaxing sunset cruise!  Rent an ATV, go horseback riding, whale watching,  deep sea fishing, or scuba diving.
