Villa Madre Del Mar is family owned and managed.  Madre del Mar has undergone many upgrades in the past few years to offer you better amenities and a pleasurable stay. 

 

Madre del Mar offers meal catering from local restaurants and maid service.  Kathy can assist you with scheduling of tours and cruises too.

Seasonal rates:

Booking can be for as little as one casita        $150.00 Per night- 2 night minimum.

Booking of one town home for as little as        $375.00 Per night-  3 night minimum.

Booking of the whole Villa starts at                  $1000.00 Per night-3 night minimum.

Cleaning Fees:  One casita $55.00.  Two casitas $95.00.  One town-home $85.00 Two town-homes $170.00.  Whole Villa complex $275.00.

 

Amenities at Madre del Mar:

Beach front,  six bedrooms each w/ own full bathroom (10 queen beds),  four complete kitchens with all food preparation needs, four fireplaces, a large BBQ in courtyard, walled in privacy, gated community, covered secure parking for four vehicles.

There are two casitas (guest houses) at the forefront.  Each casita is a studio apartment with two queen beds, dressing/bath, dining, living and kitchen areas. 

The stairway leads to the two town-home entrances, one at each end of the large circular roofed building as shown.  Each town-home  has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a great room, full kitchen, 2 fireplaces, and beach front porch.
