Rocky Point ( Puerto Penasco) is a favorite beachfront area where dolphins are at play almost all ofthe year and whales come to have their offspring each winter. 	Villa Entrance The little vacation rental homes in the forefront on either side of the walkway are studio apartment settings for a small family of 3-5 persons ( including children). These little homes are called ' casitas' and they are about 6-700 Sq. Ft. with two queen beds and all amenities for your stay, just bring your food and toothbrush. They can be rented separately. 	This great room is showing the set up when only 1 town home is being rented out. The center door is locked up that leads into the adjoining town home.

	and One great room becomes large living room with 4 large sofas and 2 coffee tables with a additional large second kitchen.

	This is the kitchen area of the Casitas. Each offer a smaller refrigerator under bar area, sink, stove, microwave, coffee pot, dishes and silverware. The vanity in the bath area can be seen on far right.

	2 Queen beds in each Casita and closet for hanging items.

	Casitas are perfect for smaller parties on up to families of four or five.

	Tides here are the second most drastic in the world and make the beach one of the most amazing places to explore.

	View off porch during low tide. The coral reef is full of life. We are located deeper in Las Conchas and the beach usually offers a very private feeling.

	Townhomes open up to this shared covered porch with plenty of seating for all. Time for some Dolphin watching!
